海南临高人4项人类学特征的研究

摘　　要：2014年11月在海南省临高县调查了546例(男278例,女268例)临高中学生的4项人类群体遗传学指标(拇指类型、环示指长、指甲类型、足趾类型).结果表明:海南临高人的过伸型拇指、环指长、扁型指甲、拇趾长的出现率分别为27.47%、89.56%、7.15%、48.35%.拇指类型和环示指长出现率在性别间的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05).环指长出现率在国内族群中居中等水平,过伸型拇指、扁型指甲和拇趾长出现率在国内族群中居较低水平.海南临高人手足4项遗传指标之间的相关性均没有统计学意义(p>0.05).聚类分析结果表明,临高人的手足4项遗传指标出现率与海南和福建汉族人最接近.Four indexes of human population genetics （ including thumb type, palmar digital formula, finger nail type and plantar digital formula） were conducted on 546 middle school students （278 males, 268 females） of Lingao in Hainan Province. The results showed that the frequency of the hyperextension thumb, ring-finger-longer, squat-shaped and big toes were 27.47%, 89.56%, 7.15%, 48.35% respectively. There were significant sex differences in thumb type and palmar digital formula （p〈0.05）. On the whole, the frequency of ring-finger-longer displayed a middle level, whereas the frequency of the hyperextension thumb, squat-shaped and big toes showed a relatively lower level in China. There were no statistic sex dif- ferences on the frequencies of four indexes （p〉0.05）. The results of cluster analysis showed that the four genetic characters of Lingao in Hainan were similar with Han in Hainan and Fujian.
