摘  要:近年来,世界各国开始着力研发先进超超临界(A-USC)燃煤发电技术,A-USC锅炉设计参数显著提高,其设计温度和压力已经分别达到700℃和35 MPa,对金属材料的高温强度、抗氧化性、抗腐蚀性及焊接性能等提出较高的要求。针对世界各国相继开展的A-USC机组研究项目,本文介绍了各国重点研究的700℃等级A-USC锅炉过(再)热器及高温蒸汽管道可采用的Inconel617、Haynes230、Inconel617B、Nimonic263及Inconel740等镍基高温合金的组织结构、性能及国内外研究进展,并对上述各部件选用镍基合金提出建议,供相关材料研究人员参考。Different countries began to research advanced ultra-supercritical(A-USC)power generation technology in recent years.The design temperature and pressure of AUSC boiler had improved to 700℃ and 35 MPa.In the meantime,the high temperature strength,oxidation-resistance,corrosion-resistance and weld-ability of metal materials should be improved.To the A-USC unit research programs of main countries,the paper presented the microstructure,the mechanical properties and the researching progress of main materials which were used to fabricate superheater and main steam pipe.These Nibased high temperature alloys contained Inconel617,Haynes230,Inconel617 B,Nimonic263and Inconel740.In the last,some suggestions were mentioned to select Ni-base alloy for researchers and users.
