摘  要:内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司2台600 Mw亚临界直接空冷机组,空冷风机群冬季空冷风机增、减步逻辑和空冷岛进汽管道隔离阀开关逻辑的机组背压实际值高于设定值,引起空冷风机耗电量增加;夏季机组背压值高于阻塞背压值较多,经济性较差。为降低空冷风机耗电量,提高机组运行的经济性,进行了空冷风机耗电方面的试验。通过现场试验掌握了直接空冷系统轴流风机群运行特性,在秋冬季改变空冷风机群的运行模式,优化各个工况下的机组背压设定值,夏季通过空冷风机适时超频等方式都能获得较好的经济效益,同时提出经济背压的概念,切实降低了空冷风机群的耗电量和供电煤耗,提高了机组运行的经济性。Two 600 MW direct air cooling units in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co.,Ltd.In order to reduce the power consumption rate of air cooling fan,improved the economic operation of direct air cooling units,experiments were carried out in terms of air cooling fan power consumption,and acquired the operation characteristics of the direct air cooling system fan group through field test,in the mode of operation of air cooled cluster changing in autumn and winter,optimized the turbine back pressure setting value in summer,through overclocking of the air cooling fan obtained good energy-saving effect,and put forward the concept of economic turbine back pressure,reduced the air cooling fan power consumption and coal consumption for power supply,provided a certain reference function to the economic operation of the same type of air cooling unit.
