摘 要:为促进人参资源的保护和利用,本研究以线粒体基因nad1为靶基因设计特异性引物,建立了人参的LAMP检测方法,能够在1 h内完成检测,灵敏度比常规PCR高10倍。经验证能够区分人参及其近缘种,以及人参制品及其常见伪品。为人参贸易和资源保护提供了快速、灵敏的检验鉴定方法。Panax ginseng is precious herbal medicine. In this study, Specific primers were designed based on the mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1(nad1)gene of P. ginseng and a loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) method was developed for the identification of P. ginseng. The detection reaction was finished in 1 hour and 10 times more sensitive than that of PCR. P. ginseng could be discriminated from some other species in Panax. It could be used to identify some products that are made of P. ginseng and its fake. This study provided a rapid and sensitive identification method for the trade of P. ginseng products and the protection of P. ginseng resource.
