不同剂量川芎天麻汤对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究不同剂量川芎天麻汤对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响。[方法]以旷场实验观察实验药物对小鼠运动时间、路程和中央区停留时间的影响。[结果]川芎天麻汤3、12、24、36 g/kg均能使小鼠在旷场中的静止时间增加,运动路程减少。[结论]不同剂量的川芎天麻汤对小鼠中枢神经均有抑制作用,且有剂量依赖性。[Objective] To explore the effects of different doses of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction on the central nervous system in mice. [Methods] Observe the effects of test drugs on mice of activity time, movement distance and still time in the central zone by the way of open field test. [Results] The movement distance decreased and still in the open field time increased by 3, 12, 24 and 36 g/kg of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction. [Conclusion] Different doses of Chuanxiong Tianma decoction can inhibit the central nervous system of mice in a dose-dependent manner.
