摘 要:翻转课堂即转变传统的教学模式,通过对教学结构的颠倒安排,真正实现个性化教学,这种教学模式将成为未来教育发展的趋势。通过分析美国和中国各两所著名大学进行翻转课堂教学的过程及经验,并对教学改革进行了思考,认为翻转课堂教学对学生的自主性学习、团队协作、创新意识以及知识的内化方面均比传统课堂教学有一定优势。这为中医药院校教育课堂教学改革,实施翻转课堂提供了可借鉴的经验。Flipped classroom is to transform the traditional teaching modes. Through the reverse arrangement of the teaching structure, personalized learning will be realized. Flipped classroom teaching mode will become the developing trend of future education. This paper analyzed the process and experience of flipped classroom teaching between American and Chinese two famous universities. At the meanwhile, the teaching reform has been investigated. Compared with traditional classroom teaching, flipping classroom teaching has advantages of student autonomy learning, teamwork, innovation awareness and internalization of knowledge. Flipped classroom teaching will provide valuable experience for the classroom teaching reform of traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
