摘　　要：中药"十八反"是古代医家在长期实践中经验的总结,乌头类中药与半夏反药对是其重要组成部分。现从化学成分、药物效应、研究的不足等方面论述,并提出研究方面的展望。＂Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments＂ is a summary in the long-team practice experience by the ancient physicians, the incompatible combination Aconitum and Rhizoma Pinelliae is the important part of it. The research discussed the progress of the incompatible combination of Aconitum and Rhizoma Pinelliae from chemical composition, efficacy studies, summed up the deficiencies existed in the modern research, in order to provide some ideas for the further study of the incompatible combination of Aconitum and Rhizoma Pinelliae.
