摘　　要：随着社会主义法律体系的不断完善、"依法治国"基本国策的全面推进、新医改方案的逐步实施,必然要求医疗卫生事业走向法治化发展道路,而依法治院就成为了医院生存和创新发展的必然选择。本文通过阐述依法治院的必要性、重要性,明确依法治院的实现路径和医院管理的实践要求,分析和展望医院法治化管理过程中的问题,其目的在于推进医院管理法治化进程,促进医院持续健康发展。Along with the continuous improvement of the socialist legal system, the comprehensive advancement of the basic national policy of ＂governing the country according to the law＂, and the gradual implementation of new medical system reform, it has become the inevitable requirement of social development that the medical and health undertakings should develop legally, and managing the hospitals according to the laws is the inevitable choice for the hospitals in order to survive, innovate and develop. This paper expounds the necessity and importance of governance in accordance with the laws, makes clear the realization path of governance in accordance with the laws and the practical demand for the hospital management, analyzes and prospects the problems in process of governance in accordance with the laws, with the purpose of advancing the process of governance in accordance with the laws in hospitals, and promoting the sustained and healthy development of hospitals.
