摘 要:针对石化装置区水喷雾灭火系统可靠性研究中,故障树分析方法可靠度取值单一的局限性,构建基于故障树的贝叶斯网络模型,定量计算系统的可靠度分布,并确定系统失效模式,以及防止系统失效模式的事件重要度。应用到某乙烯置水喷雾灭火系统,得到系统可靠度区间(0.9987,0.9990);当某一防止系统失效模式中事件X7'(雨淋阀正常)、X8'(信号蝶阀正常)独自发生时,系统可靠度提高到(0.9991,0.9993)、(0.9990,0.9992),建议企业加强雨淋阀组的维护管理。Aiming at the limitation of single value for reliability of water spray extinguishing system in petrochemical plant area by fault tree analysis method,a Bayesian network model based on fault tree was established. The reliability distribution of water spray extinguishing system was quantitatively calculated,then the system failure mode and the event importance to prevent system failure mode were determined. After applying in the water spray extinguishing system of a certain ethylene plant,the reliability interval of system was obtained as( 0. 9987,0. 9990).When the event X7'( normal deluge valve) or event X8'( normal signal butterfly valve) in a certain preventing system failure mode occurred solely,the system reliability increased to( 0. 9991,0. 9993) or( 0. 9990,0. 9992). It was suggested that the enterprise should enhance the maintenance and management of deluge valve group.
