摘 要:利用纤维素酶和果胶酶复配对亚麻粗纱进行低温酶煮练,采用双氧水进行漂白,进而代替常规高温长时间碱煮和之后的亚氯酸钠漂白。通过正交试验探讨复合酶对亚麻粗纱前处理的最佳工艺条件,并进行相关性能指标的测试和扫描电镜的微观观察。结果标明,与常规碱煮练亚氧双漂工艺相比,在最佳工艺条件下采用生物酶煮练氧漂后的亚麻粗纱不但减量率提高,平均聚合度提高,对染料的吸附性能提高,而且可以避免有害有毒化学药品的使用,有利于实现亚麻粗纱的绿色环保的前处理工艺,同时降低处理温度,进而节约能源。The flax roving was bleached with hydrogen peroxide after being scoured in low temperature with mixtural cellulase and pectinase, instead of being bleadched with sodium chlorite after being scoured with sodium hydroxide in high temperature over a long time in the paper. The optimum conditions were determined by the orthogonal experiments,the related properties index were measured and scanning electron microscope diagram were listed. It appared that, compared with the tochnology of flax roving bleached with hydrogen peroxide after being alkali scoured, the loss rate of weight was increased, the degree of polymerization was improved, the absorption of dyes was enhanced in case of ensuring the degree of split, the content of lignin when the flax roving was bleached with hydrogen peroxide after being scoured with mixtural cellulase and pectinase. Not only were the unharmfull and untoxic chemicals applied in favour of realizeing green and environmental pretreatment process,but also the dyeing temperature was decreased in favour of saveing energy consumption.
