摘 要:对不同含水率的玉米秸秆成型燃料在风速分别为0.3、0.5、0.7 m/s的条件下进行冷却干燥特性研究,发现其干燥特性曲线在前20 min干燥速度快,20 min后干燥速度降低;冷却特性曲线与干燥特性曲线相似,在前20 min温度下降速度快,20 min以后下降速度明显降低,两者都为指数规律下降.玉米秸秆成型时含水率越高,成型后温度越低,干燥速度越慢.风速越高,冷却干燥速度越快;在成型干燥前期,风速对冷却干燥速度影响较大,在冷却干燥后期,其影响较小.In this paper, the cooling and drying properties of corn straw briquette with different water contents under a wind velocity of 0.3 m/s, 0.5 m/s or 0.7 m/s were investigated. The drying characteristic curves showed that the drying rate is fast before 20 min, and the drying rate dropped significantly after 20 min. In addition, the temperature in cooling rate characteristic curves showed a similar dropping law with that of drying rate, and both of drying and cooling rate dropped exponentially. The results suggested that the drying rate was lower if the water content of corn straw is higher and the temperature is lower after briquetted. It was also revealed that the higher the wind velocity is, the faster the drying rate is. The wind velocity has more influence on the drying rate in the early drying stage, while less influence in the later drying stage.
