摘  要:为了研究生物柴油、柴油混合燃料的雾化及蒸发性,将生物柴油与柴油进行了不同比例的混合,配制相应的混合燃料B10~B90.根据相关国家标准,对混合燃料的雾化及蒸发性指标进行分析,包括馏程、运动粘度、闭口闪点、密度等.结果表明,在4~30℃下,生物柴油与柴油互溶性良好;混合燃料中馏程、运动粘度、闭口闪点、密度随生物柴油混合比例的增大而逐渐增大.通过对各个雾化及蒸发性指标进行线性方程拟合得出:密度与生物柴油添加比例呈线性关系;运动粘度和闭口闪点与生物柴油添加比例呈指数关系;50%蒸发温度与生物柴油添加比例呈二次函数关系.该研究结果为生物柴油、柴油混合燃料的柴油机利用提供了一定的参考。The objective of the current investigation was to explore the influence on spray and evaporation characteristics of blending diesel with biodiesel having contents of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 vol% with pure diesel. The spray and evaporation characteristics including distillation, kinematic viscosity, closed-cup flash point and density of biodiesel-diesel blended fuels were analyzed based on China standards and codes. Diesel blended with different biodiesel volume had good inter-solubility at specific temperatures (4-30℃). The distillation, kinematic viscosity, closed-cup flash point and density of the blended fuels increased gradually with increased volume fractions of biodiesel. There were linear relationship between ratio of biodiesel and change of density, exponential relationship between ratio of biodiesel and change of kinematic viscosity and closed-cup flash point, quadratic function relationship between ratio of biodiesel and change of distillation. Some references may be provided for utilization of biodiesel and diesel blended fuels in diesel engine.
