城市化效率与经济发展耦合协调性研究——以“丝绸之路经济带”中国段为例

摘　　要：采用熵权法、DEA和耦合协调度模型,分析了2005—2013年"丝绸之路经济带"中国段城市经济发展水平和城市化效率,以及两个系统的耦合协调度,从而得出研究区域耦合协调度的发展变化趋势、耦合协调类别和类型,同时探索其时空特征.研究认为:2005—2013年,研究区域经济发展类型虽以倒"U"型为主,但发展水平总体上升;"经济带"沿线中部和东部城市以规模报酬递减为主,西部以递增为主.经济发展和城市化效率的耦合协调度指数波动变化,耦合协调类别在勉强协调和初级协调间交替变化;协调类型为经济滞后型;其耦合协调空间特征呈现出从东到西高低相间分布的格局.最后,提出注重经济优化提升是研究区域实现可持续发展的必要前提.This paper analyses economic development level, urbanization efficiency and coupling coordination degree of the two system in the Silk Road Economic Belt in China by using entropy weight method, DEA and coupling coordination degree model. Through analysis, we got the developing trend, the categories and types of the coupling coordination degree of the two system in study area, as well as spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination. The results show that the economic development type focus on an overall inverted ＂U＂in the study area, but its level takes on rising trend as a whole from 2005 to 2013. It is mainly the decreasing stage of the scale in the central and the eastern city along the Economic Belt, as well as, the increasing stage of the scale in the western city. The coupling coordination degree index of economic development and urbanization efficiency takes on fluctuating change trend. More specifically, the coupling coordination categories exhibit alternation change trend between the category of reluctant coupling coordination and the category of primary coupling coordination. And the coupling coordination type is economic lag type. The spatial characteristics of the coupling coordination degree take on high-and-low patterns from east to west. At last, this paper provide suggestion that the study area should focus on improving the economic development level and optimize the structure of economic industry, which are prerequisites for sustainable development.
