摘　　要：针对电网操作安排及进度控制信息传递难的问题,研发了电网操作电子公告牌。该电子公告牌主要用于将调度中心的各项计划以及临时操作安排同步发布到下属调度管理的各地调、厂站;通过跟踪调度指令的执行情况,实时动态更新各项操作进程。结合工程实际,全面分析了电子公告牌的系统结构、功能设计和关键技术,并将研发的电网操作电子公告牌系统应用于广东电网。应用效果表明:其不仅可使运行现场合理安排工作,减少不必要的等待时间,还提升了调度管理能力与水平,从而整体提高了电网操控效率。In allusion to problems of difficulties in arranging power grid operation and transferring schedule control informa- tion, electronic board system for power grid operation was developed which was mainly used for issuing various plans and temporary operation arrangements of the dispatching center to subordinate various regional dispatching centers and substa- tions as well as dynamically update various operational process in real time by tracing implementation of dispatching orders. Combining engineering practice, system structures, function design and key technologies of the electronic board system were analyzed and the system for power grid operation was applied in Guangdong power grid. Application effects indicate that this system can not only ensure reasonable arrangement for field operational work and reduce unnecessary waiting time, but also improve dispatching and management levels and capacities and increase operation efficiency for the power grid.
