摘 要:为了有效地区分各厂家油中溶解气体监测装置的运行水平,提出以装置在线率、误差合格率和趋势合格率作为监测装置的运行评价指标,应用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,实现对装置性能的综合评价。采用该方法对3个厂家共30台实际在运的监测装置进行评价,结果与各厂家装置的实际应用和运行维护情况相符,说明该评价方法和指标体系可较为全面、客观地反映各厂家产品的运行水平。In order to effectively distinguish operational level of monitoring device for dissolved gas in oil of various manufac- turers, operation evaluation indexes for monitoring device including device online rate, percents of pass for error and trend were proposed. Hierachy analysis method was used for confirming weight of various indexes and realize comprehensive eval- uation on device performance. This evaluation method was used for evaluating 30 operating monitoring devices of 3 manu- factures and results were coincident with conditions of practical application and operational maintenance of devices of various manufacturers which indicated that this evaluation method and index system could relatively completely and objectively re- flect operational level of products of various manufacturers.
