摘  要:利用琼脂法、整株法测定黑龙江省6个地区19个萤蔺种群对苄嘧磺隆和吡嘧磺隆抗性水平。结果表明,两种方法测得同一地区抗性指数不同,但趋势相同。供试地区萤蔺对苄嘧磺隆产生抗性,其中五07和通河种群产生中等水平抗性,抗性指数分别为11.72和10.36;牡04、五08和五04产生低水平抗性,抗性指数分别为9.82、6.18和5.40。供试地区萤蔺对吡嘧磺隆产生抗性,其中牡04种群产生中等水平抗性,抗性指数10.23;五07等6个种群产生低水平抗性,抗性指数5.84~8.24。Using 19 Scirpus juncoides Roxb populations collected from six areas of Heilongjiang Province as the objects of study and using agar method and whole plant method to determine the different Scirpus juncoides Roxb population's resistant level to bensulfuron-methyl and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl. The results showed that the resistance indices in the same area were different by two means, but they had the same trend. Scirpus juncoides Roxb developed resistance to bensulfuron-methyl. The resistance index(RI)of population Wu07 and Tonghe were 11.72 and 10.36, respectively, and produced an intermediate level of resistance. The RI of Mu04, Wu08, Wu04 were 9.82, 6.18 and 5.40, respectively, and produced a low level of resistance. Scirpus juncoides Roxb developed resistance to pyrazosulfuron-ethyl of which Mu04 developed an intermediate level of resistance with the RI of 10.23. Wu07 and other five populations developed a low resistance, whose RI ranged from 5.84 to 8.24.
