摘 要:粉红粘帚菌(Clonos tachys ros e a)是一种具有生防作用真菌,但其对作物促生作用研究少有报道。文章旨在明确粉红粘帚菌WY-1菌株对番茄幼苗促生作用、最佳施用浓度和施用方式。采用平板种子萌发和温室盆栽方法,测定不同施用浓度和施用方式下WY-1菌株对番茄幼苗生长影响。结果表明,WY-1菌株对番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长均有促进作用,最佳浓度为4×106cfu·m L-1。不同处理方式对番茄幼苗生长均有促进作用,4~5叶期幼苗,拌土处理最佳;8~9叶期幼苗,浸种处理最佳。由此可知,WY-1菌株是一株有益于番茄生长的生防真菌,具有应用于蔬菜无公害生产的前景。Clonostachys rosea is a kind of biocontrol fungi, but its role in promoting crops' growth has rarely been reported. The article aimed to understand Clonostachys rosea strain WY-1's growth-promoting effects, optimal concentration and patterns to apply in tomato seedling. The methods of plate seed germination and pot cultivation in greenhouse was employed in order to determine the influence of Clonostachys rosea strain WY-1 on tomato seedlings under different concentrations and patterns for application. The results showed that the strain WY-1 was able to promote both seed germination and seedling growth of tomato, and 4×106cfu· m L-1was the optimal concentration. For the seedlings at 4 to 5leaves' stage, the optimal application pattern was soil mixed. For the seedlings at 8 to 9 leaves' stage, the optimal application pattern was seed soaked. The results indicated that the strain WY-1 was a useful biocontrol fungus for promoting tomato growth, with a potential application to cultivating vegetables in the organic and green food production.
