摘  要:目的通过在不同生境、月份使用三种常见诱蚊设备开展成蚊监测,分析评价设备诱蚊效果,为有效开展口岸蚊类监测提供科学依据。方法对莆田口岸2013-2014年蚊类监测采集到的蚊虫进行种属鉴定、数量统计及数据对比分析,评价三种诱蚊设备的监测效果。结果致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊为调查地域的优势蚊种。紫外灯诱捕库蚊效果明显,灭蚊磁诱捕白纹伊蚊效果明显;CO2诱蚊灯对库蚊和伊蚊的诱捕效果均较明显,既能准确反映蚊虫密度,又能正确反映季节消长。结论 CO2诱蚊灯法可在国境口岸蚊类监测中推广使用,并建议配套完善口岸成蚊控制标准。Objective In different habitats and month,we use three common kinds of mosquito monitoring devices to carry out monitoring,analysis and effect evaluation,in order to provide a scientific basis for the effective development of mosquito surveillance at port. Methods Mosquito surveillance is carried out at Putian port during 2013- 2014. Through species identification,statistics analysis and data contrast,the effect of three mosquito monitoring equipment are evaluated. Results Culex quinquefasciatus,Aedes albopictus are the dominant species of the investigated region. The UV light's effect and the mosquito magnet's effect is obvious on Culex quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus separately. But the CO2 trapping lamp's effect is obvious on both Culex quinquefasciatus and Aedes albopictus,it can not only accurately reflect the density of mosquitoes,and also correctly reflect the seasonal fluctuation. Conclusion CO2 trapping lamp method can be popularized in the frontier ports for mosquito monitoring. And it's suggested to perfect supporting mosquito control standard.
