摘　　要：软实力的建设和发展主导着国家级教学实验示范中心的综合发展实力和今后的可持续发展。大连理工大学文科综合实验教学中心制定了软实力建设改革方案,重点从实验教学环境、实验教学理念、目标定位、实验教学体系、实验教学方法手段、师资队伍建设、示范辐射作用等方面,提升国家级实验教学示范中心的软实力,全面推进示范中心在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务中的引领作用。Soft power construction and development lead comprehensive strength and future sustainable development of national experimental teaching demonstration center. The united laboratory of humani- ties and social sciences of Dalian University of Technology made soft power construction reform plan which includes many aspects, such as educational conditions, teaching idea, target location, curricu- lum system, educational method, development of teachers, demonstration effect and so on. In order to improve soft power, the center constantly promotes the lead role of demonstration center in personnel training, scientific research, and social services.
