子宫内膜容受性低中医证型特点初探

摘　　要：目的:总结子宫内膜容受性低的中医证型分布特点,以期为临床辨证论治提供依据。方法:通过对子宫内膜容受性低下患者的病证特点进行观察,并对其进行中医辨证分型,将资料整理,应用SPSS 17.0软件,采用聚类分析的方法进行统计处理。结果:子宫内膜容受性低主要证候频次为:月经量少(100.00%),腰膝酸软(85.58%),耳鸣(75.96%),头晕(60.58%),小便清长或夜尿频多(58.65%),舌质淡黯,苔薄(57.69%),性欲减退(56.73%),经色黯淡(54.81%),畏寒肢冷(51.92%),脉沉细(48.08%),舌质黯红,有瘀点(47.12%),经色紫黯,有块(34.62%),月经提前(32.69%),经行腹痛(31.73%)。证属肾气虚为主,兼有血瘀的症状。结论:子宫内膜容受性低的主要病机为肾气不足,胞脉不畅,治以补肾气,通胞脉。Objective： To summarize the distribution of TCM syndrome types in patients with low endometrial receptivity. This study aimed to provide new evidence for differentiation and treatment. Methods： The signs and symptoms of patients with low endometrial receptivity were observed to differentiate TCM syndrome types. The cluster analysis in SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results： The symptoms and signs in patients with low endometrial receptivity are, in frequency order, small amount of menses（100.00%）, relative weakness in the loins and knees（85.58%）, tinnitus（75.96%）, dizziness（60.58%）, copious and clear urine or large amount of nocturnal urine（58.65%）, obscure tongue with whitish coating（57.69%）, sexual hypoesthesia（56.73%）, menses in obscure colour（54.81%）, chilly sensation and the cold limbs（51.92%）, deep and faint pulse（48.08%）, dark tongue body with petechial（47.12%）, menses in dark purple colour with blood lumps（34.62%）, advanced menstruation（32.69%）, abdominal pain during menstruation（31.73%）. The main TCM syndrome type of patients with low endometrial receptivity is the syndrome of deficiency of the kidney qi with blood stasis symptoms and signs. Conclusion： The main pathogenesis of low endometrial receptivity was caused by the deficiency of the kidney qi combining with blood stasis in uterine collaterals, so that the principle of treatment should invigorate the kidney qi and activate the blood flow in uterine collaterals.
