顾氏外科第四代传人治疗乳腺癌术后经验浅析

摘　　要：乳腺癌发病率不断上升,现代治疗手段尚不能完全祛除病邪,中医药在乳腺癌的治疗上具有一定的优势,顾氏外科名医辈出,至第四代顾氏传人对乳腺癌的治疗尤为擅长。根据乳腺癌术后患者临证表现,辨证求因,审因论治,逐步形成对乳腺癌术后的辨证与辨病相结合,施治药物药量和药对配伍应用独具一格,并提出"扶正、祛邪"是治疗大法,同时在诊治过程中重视情志引导。文章从顾氏外科第四代传人对乳腺癌术后病因病机、辨病辨证、治则治法、药物灵活应用以及注重调畅情志等方面进行总结阐述。The morbidity of breast cancer has been increasing year after year, but there is still no cure for breast cancer in modern days. However, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has many advantages over the modern medicine in the treatment of breast cancer. Many famous doctors have proceeded from the GU＇s Chinese medical surgery, the fourth generation of which is proficient in treating breast cancer. Depending on the postoperative symptoms, the doctors differentiate the syndrome to find the pathogenic factors, resulting in a proper principle of treatment. In treating postoperative breast cancer, they have gradually developed their own style that a combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation as well as special drugs, special dose and special compatibility. Meanwhile, they point out a principle of treatment that is strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors. In addition, they also pay more attention to regulate emotion in the process of treatment. In this paper, the experience of the fourth generation of GU＇s Chinese medical surgery in treating postoperative breast cancer is summarized from some aspects, such as the pathogenic factor and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, the therapeutic principles, special drugs and the regulation of emotion.
