摘　　要：文章介绍邹伟教授从痰论治抑郁症的经验。邹教授认为肝气郁滞是本病的诱发因素,痰郁闭窍是其重要的病理机制,痰郁日久可产生各种变证:痰热内扰、痰凝阳虚、痰阻气虚、痰阻阴虚、痰瘀互结,但痰郁始终贯穿其中。治疗当以化痰为纲、辨证加减为原则:重用化痰药,随证配合疏肝解郁、清火安神、温阳开郁、益气养阴、活血化瘀;痰郁闭窍导致脑络瘀阻、脑神失聪、五脏之神失调,治疗中还应结合熄风通脑、醒脑调神,并时时呵护胃气,以养神气,收效显著。邹教授从病理因素"痰"的角度研究抑郁症的发病机制与治疗,起到了提纲挚领、纲举目张的作用,为抑郁症的治疗提供了新的思路。This paper introduces the experience of professor ZOU Wei in treating depression in terms of a differentiation of phlegm. Professor ZOU believes that it is the stagnation of liver qi that induces onset of depression. The mental confusion due to the phlegm stagnation is considered as a key pathogenesis of depression. When the phlegm stagnation blocks the mental for long time, the pathogenesis will happen to some changes such as interior disturbance of phlegm-heat, yang deficiency due to phlegm congealing, and qi deficiency due to phlegm stagnation, yin deficiency due to phlegm stagnation, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, however, phlegm stagnation is still the key pathogenesis throughout the disease. The principle of treatment attaches great importance to resolve phlegm. Specially, resolving phlegm dominates in the process of treatment, accompanying with some principles of treatment, such as relief depression of the liver-qi, clearing away fire to tranquilize the mind, warming yang to alleviate mental depression, supplementing qi and nourishing yin and stimulate circulation to end stasis. If the mental confusion due to the phlegm stagnation results in some complicated conditions, such as blood stasis blocking brain, the mental confusion and a disorder of the five emotions, the principles of treatment that calming the endopathic wind, refreshing the spirit and constantly protecting stomach-qi should be combined with resolving phlegm that will have a good effect. Professor ZOU explores the pathogenesis and treatment of depression in terms of a differentiation of phlegm, which will propose the most essential point and provide a new thought for treatment of depression.
