金匮肾气丸治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病验案2则

摘　　要：文章报道了同仁堂金匮肾气丸治疗耳鼻咽喉疾病验案2则:慢性鼻窦炎和慢性鼻炎,通过对这2则典型病例病史及治疗过程的报道与分析,指出肾阳不足,水湿内停或肾阳不足,虚火上浮均为耳鼻咽喉疾病常见病机,滥用抗生素、清热解毒类中药和现代不良生活方式是其原因;强调了温壮元阳,化气行水,和温补肾阳,引火归元在耳鼻咽喉疾病治疗中的意义;同时阐述了丸剂在耳鼻咽喉慢性疾病中的优势。Two cases of Jinkui Shenqi Pill in treating otorhinolaryngology diseases were reported in this essay. One of them was chronic rhinosinusitis and another was chronic rhinitis. Based on the report and analysis of the two typical cases, the author pointed out that the retention of water in the body due to insufficiency of kidney yang and flaring-up of fire of deficiency type due to insufficiency of kidney yang were the common pathogenesis. Furthermore, the author also pointed out that the abuse of antibiotics and heat-clearing and detoxifying drug were the main etiological factor for otorhinolaryngology diseases. The author emphasized the significance of some principles of treatment, such as warming the primordial yang, promoting the flow of qi and water, warming the kidney yang and conducting the fire back to its origin, during the process of treating the otorhinolaryngology diseases. Meanwhile, it illustrated that the pills had advantages on the treatment of chronic otorhinolaryngology diseases.
