基于治未病思想探索中医健康管理新模式

摘　　要：生命活动是极其复杂和庞大的,对于疾病的防治绝不能仅依靠单一的自然科学来完成。中医学长于从整体性上把握人体健康或疾病的本质,并对状态给予调理和纠治,现行健康管理优于提前阻断疾病因果联系。基于此,文章探索性的提出了"多环节切入+状态调整+线性干预"的中医健康管理新模式。The life activities are extremely complex and enormous, therefore, disease should be prevented and treated depending not just on natural science. TCM could overall regulate individual status that based on perfectly grasping the essence of human body health or disease from the integrity. The current health management is superior to that of blocking disease causal relation in advance. Conclusively, we propose a new TCM health management mode, ‘multi-link cut-in, status adjustment and linear interference＇.
