摘  要:目的:研究清肺解毒饮对肺炎链球菌肺炎、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎大鼠模型肺组织TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6及IL-10含量变化的影响。方法:采用气管插管法复制两种肺炎大鼠模型;ELISA检测各组大鼠的相关细胞因子的含量变化。结果:Elisa分析结果显示,肺炎链球菌肺炎大鼠经治疗7d后,肺炎链球菌高剂量组肺组织内的TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10明显低于肺炎链球菌模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎大鼠经治疗7d后,肺炎克雷伯高剂量组肺组织内的TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10明显低于肺炎克雷伯模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两种肺炎大鼠的低剂量组与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论:清肺解毒饮在有效剂量下对肺炎链球菌及肺炎克雷伯菌两种肺炎大鼠相关细胞因子有调节作用。Objective: To research the effects of Jiedu Qingfei Decoction on contents of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 in lung tissue of pneumonia rat models induced by streptococcus and klebsiella. Methods: Two kinds of rat models were established by using endotracheal intubation. ELISA was used to detect the contents of each related cytokines of rats in each group. Results: The results of Elisa showed that the contents of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 in lung tissue of pneumonia rats induced by streptococcus in high dose group were significantly lower than that of model group after treating for 7 days(P〈0.01), and the contents of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 in lung tissue of pneumonia rats induced by klebsiella in high dose group were significantly lower than that of model group after treating for 7 days(P〈0.01). The difference in model groups between the two kinds of models was not significant. Conclusion: Qingfei Jiedu Decoction had certain regulation effects on related cytokines of pneumonia rats induced by streptococcus and klebsiella within the effective dose range.
