摘 要:目的:比较东北、广东两地中药性味的差异,分析中药药性的自然属性与功能属性在四气五味的表达。方法:以《中华本草》、2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》为参考依据,选取东北地区、广东地区常用80味中药作为研究对象,应用Epi Data 3.02软件建立数据库,应用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析和数据挖掘。结果:东北、广东两地药性比较,四气无显著性差异,而五味有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:四气不受地域环境的影响,仅表达出功能属性;五味受到地域环境的影响,是自然属性与功能属性的共同体现。Objective: To analyze the expression of natural and functional properties of Chinese medicine properties in four nature and five flavors of drugs by comparing the differences in nature and flavor of Chinese medicine between northeast China and Guangdong regions. Methods: First, eighty herbs which are commonly used in the northeast China and Guangdong regions are selected as the research objects with Chinese Materia Medica and China Pharmacopeia(2010) as the references. A database is established by using Epi Data 3.02 software, and then the SPSS 17.0 statistical software is used to analyze and mine the data. Results: There is no significant difference in four nature of drugs between the northeast China and Guangdong regions, while the difference in five flavors of drugs between the two regions is significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Four natures of drugs are not affected by the geographical environment, which are the expression of functional properties of drugs. Five flavors are influenced by the geographical environment, which are the common performance of natural and functional properties.
