不同经穴经皮穴位电刺激对大鼠痛阈及血压调节效应的比较

摘　　要：目的:观察不同经穴经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对大鼠痛阈及血压的调节效应,从而探讨穴位特异性。方法:将大鼠随机分成5组,采用TEAS介入治疗,时间为40min,每日1次,连续治疗3d。测量TEAS治疗前、治疗后不同时段的大鼠痛阈及尾动脉收缩压。结果:5组大鼠经TEAS治疗20min后,痛阈水平均显著升高(P<0.05),此作用可持续至TEAS治疗结束后40min;其中足三里穴在各检测时间点(20、40、60、80min)痛阈水平明显高于同期太冲、曲池、合谷穴组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。TEAS治疗40min后,太冲穴组大鼠血压水平与基础比较显著降低(P<0.05),此作用可持续至TEAS治疗结束后20min;其余穴位没有引起血压的明显波动。结论:足三里穴是提高大鼠痛阈的优选穴位;太冲穴是血压调控的优选穴位。Objective： To observe the regulatory effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） of different points on pain threshold and blood pressure of rats in order to discuss the point specificity. Methods： The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, and treated with TEAS for 40 min per day and lasted for 3 days. The pain threshold and caudal arterial blood pressure were measured before and after TEAS treating at different time point. Results： The pain threshold of rats in the 5 groups rose significantly after TEAS treating for 20min（P0.05）, and the effect would last for 40 min after the treatment. The pain threshold of each time point（20, 40, 60, 80min） of rats in Zusanli（ST36） group was significantly higher than that of the other 4 groups, and the difference among the 4 groups was significant（P0.05）. After TEAS treating for 40 min, the blood pressure of rats in Taichong（LR3） group was significantly lower than the basic blood pressure（P0.05）, which would last for 20 min after treatment, and there was no obvious fluctuation of blood pressure in the other 4 groups. Conclusion： Zusanli（ST36） is the preferred point for increasing the pain threshold of rats, and Taichong（LR3） is the preferred point for regulating blood pressure of rats.
