摘　　要：近年来食物中毒事件频发,农产品质量安全问题引起社会广泛关注,其中道德风险是诱发农产品质量安全问题的重要原因之一。从理论上基于制度视角和流通主体视角提出六个基本假设,并对其科学性进行理论分析,建立双边道德风险模型——结构方程模型,并对其进行检验和实证分析。In recent years, food poisoning accident is frequent incidents, quality and safety of agricultural products has aroused widespread concern, which is one of the important reasons of moral hazard induced agricultural product quality and safety problems. Theoretically based system perspective and the circulation body perspective, the paper proposed six basic assumptions, and analyzed its scientific theory, established bilateral moral hazard model - structural equation model and test and analyzed empirically.
