摘　　要：信息技术的飞速发展,使得企业信息化进入到了智慧化阶段。如何有效地整合信息资源为客户实现一站式服务是智慧化的主题。本文以青岛市港航管理局为例,分析了近海船舶管理的信息化现状和需求,提出了一个基于物联网、卫星定位和大数据分析的解决方案,并阐述了信息化建设实施概要设计。With the development of information technology, the informatization of enterprise is getting into the smart phase. The main task of the smart phase is to integrate all resources of information to provide one-stop-service to clients. Taking Qingdao Port Management Bureau as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation and requirements of the informatization of offshore ship. Then it put forward a solution based on internet of things, satellite positioning and the big data analysis. It also presents the general design of implementing the informatization.
