摘　　要：文化强市是当前国内许多城市的发展战略,文化强市建设是城市全面综合发展的必然需求,也是提升城市竞争力、获得区域竞争中优势的重要途径。文章结合马鞍山市文化强市建设的特点,提出进一步加强文化强市建设可采取的措施,以促进马鞍山综合竞争力的提升。The development strategy of strengthening city economy by culture construction is accepted by many cities in China.Strengthening economy by culture construction is not only the inevitable demand of the comprehensive development of the city, but also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of the city and gain the advantages of regional competition. In this paper, combined with the characteristics of the construction of Ma＇anshan City, we put forward the measures to strengthen the construction of cultural city,and promote the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of Ma＇anshan.
