摘　　要：图书馆是推动全民阅读的一个主要阵地和重要途径,推进全民阅读是一个长期不断积累的过程。本文对发挥图书馆在全民阅读中的作用做了阐述,主要介绍了全民阅读的重要性和图书馆推进全民阅读的举措,以及大连海洋大学图书馆有效推动全民阅读的措施。Library is the main position and important method to promote nationwide reading,which needs long—term accumulation.This article explained the role of libraiy in nationwide reading,and introduced the importance of nationwide reading and the main measures by taking the library of Dalian Ocean University as an example.
