摘　　要：在我国城镇化建设过程中,新生代农民工市民化已是大势所趋。新生代农民工由于文化差异,在融入城市的过程中存在着许多的不适应,图书馆作为知识与信息的集散地,为农民工市民化的转换发挥着重要的作用。应该采取一定措施,加快城市公共图书馆事业的建设,切实履行图书馆对新生代农民工市民化的服务职能。In the process of China s urbanization,the citizemzation of new—generation migrant workers has become the development trend.Due to the cultural differences,there were many problems in the integration process of new-generation migrant workers into the city.Library,as the collecting and distributing center of knowledge and information,should play an important role for the conversion of migrant workers.And the government should also take some measures to speed up the construction of urban public library,and earnestly fulfill its service function for the new-generation migrant workers.
