基于代谢组学的补益剂与其对应虚证的相关性研究

摘　　要：补益剂具有补养人体气、血、阴、阳的作用,主治各种阴阳、气血、精津之虚证。以代谢组学为代表的系统生物学研究方法与中医理论的整体观相契合,适合于中医多靶点、多系统的整体研究。将代谢组学研究方法与虚证的补益剂干预作用相结合,是探究补益剂与虚证之间的对应关系的生物学基础及其作用机理的根本途径。Tonic prescriptions can nourish the Qi,blood,Yin and Yang of bodies and can cure many kinds of deficiency of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,Jing Jin. System biology,in particular,metabonomics is similar to the overall concept of the basic theory of TCM,which is suitable for multiple targets,multiple system of traditional Chinese medicine research as a whole. Metabonomics research combined with tonic prescriptions is a basic way for exploring mechanism of action.
