摘 要:为了减轻半桥壳冲压生产线操作人员的劳动强度,增加冲压加工自动化、柔性化,提高生产效率、产品质量、安全性,研发了一种全自动的汽车半桥壳冲压生产线。介绍了汽车半桥壳冲压生产线的工作原理和组成。送料辊道上的板料通过气动吸盘抓取并放到输送线上,板料通过抹油机构抹油或中频加热炉进行加热,采用三自由度机械手将板料送入液压冲压机。实践证明半桥壳自动冲压生产线运行安全、稳定,能满足生产要求。In order to reduce the labor intensity of the operator in press line for half-axle housing, to increase the automation and flexible of the press line, to improve the production efficiency, product quality and safe- ty of the press line, the fully automated press line on half- axle housing is developed. The working principle and the overall mechanical design of the press line for half - axle housing are elaborated. The plate material on feed roller is grabbed and placed on the conveying lines line through the pneumatic ma- nipulator. The plate material is greased through oil mechanism or is heated by the induction heating furnace. The plate material is fed into hydraulic press with three degrees of freedom manipulator. Practices show that the automatic press line can run safely and stably and can meet the production.
