摘 要:称取0.045 0g铜精矿样品,加入坩埚中,再依次加入0.1g锡、0.3g铁和1.2g钨,以无水硫酸钠标准物质建立校准曲线,建立了高频燃烧红外吸收法测定铜精矿中高含量硫的方法。实验表明:按称样量为0.045 0g计算,方法空白值为0.005%,与铜精矿样品中硫的质量分数(均在5%以上)相比可忽略;以积分面积为横坐标,硫绝对含量为纵坐标绘制校准曲线,硫酸钠校准曲线的线性方程为y=37.37x-1.64,线性相关系数为0.999 96,线性适用范围为6.30%~36.50%。按照实验方法对铜精矿中高硫含量进行测定,结果与国家标准方法GB/T 3884.3-2012中的燃烧滴定法一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)不大于0.70%。0.045 0g of copper concentrate sample was weighed and transferred into crucible.Then,0.1g of tin,0.3g of iron and 1.2g of tungsten were added successively.The calibration curve was prepared with the certified reference material of anhydrous sodium sulfate.The determination method of high content sulfur in copper concentrate by high frequency combustion-infrared absorption method was established.The experimental results showed that the blank value of method was 0.005% for 0.045 0g of sample,which could be ignored compared to the mass fraction of sulfur(higher than 5%)in copper concentrate sample.The calibration curve was prepared using integral area as horizontal ordinate and absolute content of sulfur as vertical coordinate,and the linear equation of calibration curve of sodium sulfate was y=37.37 x-1.64 with linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 96.The applicable range was 6.30%-36.50%.The high content sulfur in copper concentrate was determined according to the experimental method,and the found results were consistent with those obtained by national standard method(combustion titration method in GB/T 3884.3-2012).The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=5)were not more than0.70%.
