银屑病易感基因研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是一种常见的自身免疫性炎症性多基因遗传性疾病，是一种在环境因J-素刺激下由遗传背景控制的免疫失衡性疾病，涉及到多个基因间的相互作用及基因与环境的交互作用。全基因组关联分析发现多个基因在银屑病发病中起到重要作用，主要包括皮肤屏障和自身免疫性炎症等基因。本文即对目前研究较多的银屑病易感基因的研究现状作一综述。Psoriasis is an autoimmune inflammatory skin disease with polygene involvement in its etiology. It is not clear whether genetic factors contribute to the defects of the immune system or the skin in psoriasis. Genome-wide association studies have revealed that genetic factors would play important roles in the pathogenesis of psoriasis： the formation of the skin＇ s barrier, inflammation and the immune system, which is the focus of the present review.
