摘  要:对消失模铸造砂轮毛坯模型和浇注系统进行设计并进行了模拟仿真分析。采用两种不同的冷却工艺制备奥氏体-贝氏体球铁基和珠光体-铁素体球铁基CBN砂轮,并研究了铸造球铁基砂轮毛坯的后续机加工工艺。结果表明,所设计的铸造毛坯模型和浇注系统能使铸液在消失模铸造过程中平稳地充型,同时能满足砂轮补缩和后续机加工装夹定位的要求;所制备的奥-贝球铁和珠光体-铁素体球铁均具有高的抗弯强度,但奥-贝球铁的硬度比珠光体-铁素体球铁高1倍。分析制定砂轮毛坯的机加工工艺,以标准轴承外圆面为定位基准,采用慢走丝加工砂轮中心孔,其精度可达到使用要求。The casting blank model and gating system for casting grinding wheel prepared by lost foam casting(LFC) process was designed and numerically simulated. Austenite-bainite ductile iron based CBN grinding wheel and pearlite-ferrite ductile iron based CBN grinding wheel were fabricated by using two different cooling methods. The machining processes of cast wheel was studied. The results show that the designed casting blank model and gating system can ensure a smooth filling of liquid metal into the cast mould, which can meet the requirements of the compensation for the shrinkage of the metal as well as the clamping and locating in the following machining of the east wheels. Both austenite-bainite ductile iron and pearlite-ferrite ductile iron have high transverse rupture strength, but the hardness of austenite-bainite ductile iron is twice than the hardness of pearlite-ferrite ductile iron. The machining.process of grinding wheels are set up. Taking external circular surface of standard beating as location datum, by using low speed wire electrical discharge machining method, the machining accuracy could meet its usage requirements.
