摘 要:采用半固态法制备用于纺织机械的新型Mg-7.5Al-0.8Zn-0.5V-0.1Nb镁合金,并利用OM、SEM、XRD、拉伸试验机、电化学进行了试样显微组织、物相组成、力学性能以及耐腐蚀性能的测试。结果表明,该新型合金晶粒细小,主要由α-Mg基体和少量的Mg17Al12相组成,并且其抗拉强度提高、屈服强度和伸长率等力学性能与耐腐蚀性能比AZ31镁合金显著提高。New-type Mg-7.5AI-0.8Zn-0.5V-0.1Nb magnesium alloy for textile machinery was prepared by using semi-solid method. And the microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance experiments of the samples were conducted by using OM, SEM, XRD, tensile testing machine and electrochemistry. The results show that the grains of the new-type magnesium alloy are mainly composed of α-Mg matrix and a small amount of Mg17Al12 phase, and are fine. And the mechanical properties (tensile strength, yield strength and elongation) and the corrosion resistance properties of the new-type alloy are significantly improved than those of the AZ31 magnesium alloy.
