摘  要:以往分析板形问题只是假设横向流动不均而忽视厚度方向金属流动不均。以板形控制技术及理论为依据,从板带厚度方向金属流动不均入手,对高强板瓦楞浪形成机理进行了研究。根据某钢铁公司3500 mm炉卷轧机生产X80等高强厚板时出现的瓦楞浪,对假设进行了验证。模拟结果和现场实测板形高度吻合,证明辊速周期性变化会导致高强板出现瓦楞浪。通过多组轧制模拟,得出了X80钢最后三道次轧制时辊速变化与板形及板厚的定量化关系。结果对实际生产消除瓦楞浪具有一定的指导意义。In the past, sheet shape problem was only analyzed by assuming nonuniform transverse flow, but ignoring the uneven metal flow in thickness direction. Taking plate shape control technology and theory as basis, the formation mechanism of high strength corrugated wave was researched from the uneven metal flow in the thickness direction of the plate. According to corrugated wave of X80 high strength heavy plate in iron and steel company 3500mm Steckel mill production, the hypothesis was verified. The sheet shape height of simulation result is accordance with that of field measurement. It is proved that the roller speed periodic change will lead to the corrugated wave of the high strength plate. Through multiple rolling simulation, the quantitative relationship among roll speed change and plate shape and plate thickness was obtained during the last three passes of X80 steel. The results have certain guiding significance for the elimination of corrugated wave in actual production.
