摘 要:阐述了双锥辊辗压成形的特点及原理。提出两种锥齿轮双锥辊辗压成形方案。理论分析及有限元模拟结果表明:螺旋锥齿轮闭式辗压成形方案比开式辗压成形方案好,它的齿形充填饱满,该方案最大成形力约为开式辗压成形力的1/4。研究了齿轮辗压成形的关键工艺问题,如预制坯设计及尺寸计算方法、辗压模具结构设计、辗压工艺参数选取等。实验结果证明辗压工艺和辗压模结构是可行的,且效果较好,辗压出了符合要求的齿轮件。The characteristic and principle of twin cone roiling forming were introduced. The two kinds of scheme of twin cone rolling forming were proposed. Theoretical analysis and finite element simulation results show that closed- rolling forming scheme is better than open-rolling forming scheme, its tooth filling is full, and the maximum forming force for the closed- roiling forming scheme is the 1/4 open-rolling forming force. Some key technology problems of gear rolling forming were studied, such as preformed blank design, die structure design, selection of technological parameters and so on. The experiment results prove that the rolling process and rolling die structure are feasible, and the effect is good. The gear parts of according the requirements are roiled.
