摘  要:通过分析4300 mm轧板头部上下表面温差、轧制线高度、压下率大小、上下工作辊辊径配比、上下轧辊线速度配比等对钢板头部翘曲的影响,结合现场实际情况,找出了主要影响因素。在此基础上,通过上下表面温度控制、4300 mm轧机轧制线高度自动控制方法优化、轧制道次二级模型分配算法优化等方法 ,实现了轧制过程头部翘曲的优化控制,实际应用效果良好。Through the analyzing the influence of the temperature difference between the upper and lower surface, the rolling line height, the size of the reduction rate, roller diameter ratio and roller speed ratio of the upper and lower in 4300mm rolled sheet head on the warping of sheet head, combined with the actual situation, the main influencing factors were found out. On the basis of this, through controlling the surface temperature of the upper and lower, optimizing automatic control method of rolling line height for 4300 mm mill and allocation algorithm of the two level model for rolling passes, optimal control of head warping in rolling process was realized. The actual application effect is good.
