摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及其附带的EDS能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等试验手段,研究了50Mn热轧带钢宽向不同部位氧化铁皮结构与酸洗难易程度的关系。分别对板宽方向位置(边部,1/4处,中间)的氧化铁皮进行了厚度测量、微观形貌观察、相结构分析,阐述了不同位置氧化铁皮的形成机理及对冷轧酸洗的影响规律。结果表明:50Mn热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮主要由Fe2O3、Fe3O4和Fe O三相组成,沿带钢宽度方向不同部位氧化铁皮结构特征有所差异。其中带钢边部Fe2O3∶Fe3O4∶Fe O相组成比为8:90:2;距带钢边部1/4处Fe2O3∶Fe3O4∶Fe O相组成比为12∶85∶3;带钢中间Fe2O3∶Fe3O4∶Fe O组成为18∶79∶3。酸洗试验后发现,带钢中间处的氧化铁皮易于清洗,带钢边部位置的氧化铁皮不易清洗。The relationship of iron scale structure at different positions along the width of the 50Mn hot rolled strip and pickling difficulty degree was studied by using OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. Thicknesses of iron scale in the positions along the width direction (side, 1/4, middle) were measured, their morphologies were observed and the phase structures were analyzed. The formation mechanism of iron scale in different positions and effect law of it on cold rolling acid pickling were expounded. The results show that the surface iron scale of 50Mn hot rolled strip is mainly composed by Fe203, Fe304 and FeO, and the iron scale structure in different positions has different characteristics along the width direction. At the strip edge, the phase composition ratio of Fe203:Fe304:FeO is 8:90:2; from the strip edge 1/4, phase composition ratio of Fe203:Fe304:FeO is 12:85:3; at the middle ship, phase composition ratio of Fe203:Fe304:FeO is 18:79:3. It is found that the iron scale in the middle of the strip is easy to clean, the iron scale in the strip edge is not easy to clean after pickling test.
