摘  要:以22Mn B5超强钢闪光对焊接头为研究对象,研究了闪光对焊参数对对焊接头力学性能的影响。结果表明:对焊接头抗拉强度、伸长率均随着闪光电流和闪光留量的增加先增大后减小;对焊接头由熔合区、完全淬火区、不完全淬火区和时效脆化区组织组成;对焊接头硬度高出母材很多,热影响区组织更粗大,硬度最高,焊缝区域均匀的马氏体组织使得硬度较均匀;对焊接头拉伸试样断口以微孔聚集型断裂为主,伴有少量解理断裂的混合型断裂形式。Taking 22MnB5 super steel of welded joints as research object, the effects of flash butt welding parameters on the mechanical properties of the welded joints were studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation of welding head increase and then decreases with the flash after flash stay current increasing. The welding head is composed of fusion zone, quench zone, incomplete quenching zone and aging embrittlement zone. The hardness of welding head is much higher than that of the base metal, the grain size of heat affected zone is coarser, and the hardness is the highest. The uniform weld area martensite makes hardness more uniform. The fracture of welding head tensile specimen is porous aggregating mainly associating with mixed fracture in the form of a small amount of cleavage fracture.
