摘 要:利用Yb:YAG激光焊对汽车行业中广泛使用的双相钢(DP980)和相变诱发塑性钢(TRIP780)进行了焊接,通过硬度试验、拉伸试验和疲劳试验对焊接接头的力学性能进行了检测,并结合金相分析和扫描观察,发现TRIP780钢和DP980钢焊接接头中TRIP780钢决定着整个焊接接头的强度、焊缝的硬度和接头的疲劳寿命,并对其机理进行了解释。The dual phase steel (DP980) and transformation induced plasticity steels (TRIP780) which have widely application in automotive industry were welded by Yb:YAG laser welding. The mechanical properties of the welded joints were tested with microhardness test, tensile test and fatigue test. Combined with the metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope, it can be gotten a conclusion that the TRIP780 base steels of the welded joints in TRIP780 steels which was welded to DP980 steels are the weak parts, and it decides the highest strength of the welded joints, maximum hardness of welds and the fatigue life of welded joints. The mechanism of the above phenomenon is interpretation.
