摘  要:本文根据有关军用标准和规程对HZF-S彩色聚酯表面毡材料常温释放物和高温热解物毒性进行定性、定量分析,从而对其使用的安全性进行卫生学评价。HZF-S彩色聚酯表面毡材料在45℃时密封20 d检测出7种释放物,其浓度均未超过水面舰艇舱室空气组分容许浓度;其高温热解物约51种,动物急性吸入该材料的高温热解物的半数致死浓度LC50=95 g/m3,属低毒性材料。Based on the regulation for toxicity assessment of nonmetallic materials in ships and the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of surface ship,qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances released from HZF-S polyester fiber material at room temperature and decomposed products of the material at high temperature was made by using GC-MS and GC technique. There were 7 kinds of air composition at room temperature and 51 kinds of decomposed products at high temperature from HZF-S polyester fiber material. During the material was sealed in a box,the concentration of released products at room temperature did not surpass the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of surface ship,The half lethal concentration for animal acute inhalation the high temperature pyrolysis LC50 was 95 g / m3,the material was evaluated low toxicity by the mouse experiment.
