摘  要:为了更好地评估电磁继电器内推杆式触簧系统的设计参数对其动作过程的影响。设计了一种专用于继电器触簧系统动作过程模拟的测试分析装置,可实现超行程和推杆空程参数的柔性调节以及触点闭合和分断过程的动作模拟。以某电磁继电器的触簧系统为例,初步研究了超行程和推杆空程参数对继电器触点回跳时间、燃弧时间和接触电阻的影响。所得结论对于继电器触簧系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。To better evaluate the effect of designed parameters on the operation process for contact spring system with pushing rod within electromagnetic relay, this paper introduced a special test rig to investigate the operation process for contact spring system in electromagnetic relay, which could simulate the closing and breaking motion of relay and realize the function of adjusting free travel and over travel of the pushing rod. And then the contact spring system within a typical electromagnetic relay was selected as a test target, and the effects of over travel and free travel of the pushing rod on bounce time, arcing duration and contact resistance were investigated explicitly. The conclusions have a certain reference value in the design of relay contact spring system.
