摘 要:以螟蛀节率为甘蔗生长中后期抗螟性指标,应用AMMI模型对19个甘蔗品种(系)在3个试验点的螟虫抗性进行稳定性分析。结果表明:甘蔗品种(系)对螟虫的抗性存在显著的环境效应、基因型效应和环境与基因型的互作效应,其中以环境对总体的变异影响最大。综合甘蔗品种(系)对螟虫的抗性水平和稳定性,粤糖60号和粤甘42号在供试品种(系)中属于对螟虫抗性较高且稳定的品种,柳城03-1137在供试品种(系)中属于对螟虫高感且稳定的品种。The percentage of bored internodes was used as borer resistance index at the middle and late sugarcane growth stages, and the borer resistance stability was analyzed with 19 clones at 3 pilots by AMMI model. The results indicated that environment effect, the genotype effect and the interaction effect had highly significant effects on the resistance of sugarcane clones to borers, and the environmental effect on the overall variation was the largest. Base on the resistance level and stability of the sugarcane clones resistant to borers, the YT60 and YG42 were the most stable borer-resistant varieties among the tested sugarcane clones, and the LC03-1137 was the most stable borer-susceptible among the tested clones.
