摘　　要：目的:调查高原汽车兵心理健康状况,对心理测量结果进行分析,提出心理服务对策。方法:采用SCL-90量表、军人心理应激自评问卷、阿森斯失眠量表和一般情况问卷对驻高原某部队200名汽车兵进行调查。结果:高原汽车兵在躯体化评分方面显著低于军队常模(P<0.01);总均分与8个因子均分(强迫、人际关系敏感性、抑郁、焦虑、敌意、恐怖、妄想、精神病性)低于地方常模(P<0.05)。军人心理应激自评问卷显示,96.8%的官兵标准分T分<70,没有心理应激;3.2%的官兵标准分T分≥70,存在心理应激。阿森斯失眠量表显示,25.3%没有失眠症状,16.8%可能存在失眠症状,57.9%存在失眠症状。不同年龄、是否为独生子女、不同家庭经济状况、不同驻扎高原时间、所在海拔高度不同的官兵SCL-90量表总均分和各因子得分均未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:高原汽车兵的心理健康水平在近几年中有较大提升已接近全军平均水平,但睡眠状况较差。建议进行经常性的心理教育、心理测评、心理咨询、行为训练和个别心理诊治。Objective： To investigate the mental health of plateau motor transport corps and analyze the data, put forward some suggestions for psychological services. Methods： Use SCL - 90 Symptom Checklist, soldiers psychological stress self - reported questionnaire, athens insomnia scale and general situation questionnaire to test 200 soldiers from plateau motor transport corps. Results： Plateau motor transport corps were lower than the military norm in summarization scores（ P 〈 0.01 ）, also lower in total average and eight factors than the local norm （P 〈 0.05 ）. Military psychological stress self - assessment questionnaire revealed that 96.8% of plateau motor transport corps＇ standard scores T 〈 70, had no psychological stress ; 3.2 % standard scores T≥70, had psychological stress. Athens Insomnia Scale showed 25.3 % had no symptoms of insomnia; 16. g% may exist insomnia; 57.9% exists insomnia. Different ages, only child or not, different family economic status, different time stationed on plateau, altitude had no significant differences on the total average scores and for each factor scores （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Plateau motor transport corps are approaching to the average level of whole army in mental health ; mental health status had a great improvement in recent years. We propose to carry out regular psychological education, psychological evaluation, counseling, behavioral training and individual psychological treatment.
