中文版精神障碍患者家属耻感体验及影响量表在温州市精神障碍患者家属中应用的信度与效度

摘　　要：目的:初步评价精神障碍患者家属耻感体验及影响量表(SEISF)中文译本的信度和效度。方法:185例温州市精神障碍患者家属完成SEISF、自尊量表(SES)、家庭功能量表和WHO生存质量量表简表;50例家属间隔14天完成SEISF重测。用克朗巴赫-α系数、相关分析和因子分析评价量表的信度和效度。结果:1信度:SEISF耻感体验(SEISF-E)和耻感影响(SEISFI)的内部一致性克朗巴赫-α系数分别为0.87和0.95,SEISF-E和SEISF-I两周重测信度系数为0.85和0.79(P均<0.001)。2效度:探索性因素分析显示SEISF两个分量表均具有单纬度特征,SEISF-E和SEISF-I分值与SES评分的相关系数为-0.65和-0.59(P均<0.05)。精神分裂症患者家属SEISF-E和SEISF-I评分显著高于其他精神障碍患者家属(均P<0.001)。结论:SEISF中文译本具有较好的信度和效度,是一个可以用于精神障碍患者家属耻感调查的有效工具。Objective： To preliminarily evaluate the validity and reliability of the Chinese Version of Stigma Experiences and Impact Scale - Family Version （SEISF）. Methods： One hundred and eight -five relatives of psychiatric patients were recruited in Wenzhou and completed SEISF, Self Esteem Scale （ SES）, Family Assessment Device and World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire （ brief version）. The Cronbach α coefficient, correlation analysis and factor analysis were performed to assess the validity and reliability of SEISF. Results： The interhal consistency coefficients of SEISF stigma experiences （SEISF- E） and SEISF stigma impact （SEISF- I） were 0. 87 and O. 95, respectively. The two - week re - test reliability coefficients of SEISF - E and SEISF - I were 0.85 and 0.79 （ P 〈 0.001 ）, respectively. Exploratory factor an- alyses showed that the two subscales of SEISF had unidimensional feature. The correlation coefficients between SEISF - E and SEISF - I and SES were - 0.65 and - 0.59 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Relatives of schizophrenia patients had significantly higher SEISF scores than those of other psychiatric patients （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： SEIS - F has good reliability and good validity and shows promise as a quick method for assessing stigma experience and impact in relatives of patients with mental disorders.
