农民工基本医疗保险基金异地转出意愿的影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于上海市实地调查数据,本文对农民工基本医疗保险基金异地转出意愿的影响因素进行了分析。研究发现,第一,医疗保险报销方便程度越高,则农民工基本医疗保险基金转出意愿就越低。第二,曾有过医疗保险异地转接经历的农民工,倾向于转出较少的医疗保险基金。第三,农民工个人收入越高,则其医疗保险基金异地转出意愿就越低。为促进农民工基本医疗保险基金的异地转接和推动长三角地区统一劳动力市场的建立,本文最后提出了四点政策建议。Based on the survey data from Shanghai about migrant workers employment and medical care demand, this paper examines the determinants of transfer willing of migrant workers basic medical insurance fund. Frist, the findings show that medical insurance reimbursement is more convenient, migrant workers＇ transfer willing of basic medical insurance fund will be lower. Second, the medical insurance transfer experience could decrease migrant workers＇ roll - out will of basic medical insurance fund. Third, when the more personal income of migrant workers have, the less of fund that they will roll out. In order to promote the transfer of migrant workers basic medical insurance fund and the establishment of a unified labor market in Yangtze river delta, four policy suggestions will be put forward in the later part of my paper.
